Refund policy

Refund
We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our refund policy lasts 7 business days and must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact). Please note that any requests made after this timeframe is not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.  

Exchange  
Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange or gift card, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
